Greetings!

If you dream about making a real difference in West Virginia - and I mean, really making a change that impacts people - then July & August offer you an amazing opportunity to do it.

When you think about it, getting involved in the democracy that governs you is the most patriotic thing you can do.

This month The Hub and our partners host the Regional Policy Workshops, where we open the doors to anyone with a bold idea of a policy change that might make West Virginia a better place for kids and families to live.

It's pretty inspiring, watching this grassroots energy flow all the way to the State Capitol. But don't take my word for it. Step up, get involved.

Policy. Of the People.
Policy of the People represents The Hub's work to increase access to democracy, and encourage the general public to get involved in decision making.

One of the ways we do that is by helping stage Regional Policy Workshops around the state each year.

Got an idea that will make West Virginia a better place for kids and families? Bring it to the table. Maybe it will become a new law in 2016.

Future Generations Graduate School is now accepting applications for its Masters in Applied Community Change.
