Missions Offering Daily Devotion

This week is the annual emphasis on Middle District missions. While each church highlights local missions at a time that works best for it, through this week's daily emails we encourage you to learn of the incredible spiritual impact of these ministries and to pray for each of them. As God guides, you also may contribute through your church or through the "donate" button at the top of the Middle District website, www.mdba.org

This year's theme is:

"Declaring His glory in our neighborhoods and around the world."

It is based on Psalms 96:3: "Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous needs among all people."

Impact Chesterfield

Youth from all across Virginia will travel to Middle District this June to demonstrate the love of Jesus through acts of service. They will participate in construction projects that will help homeowners be safe, dry and warm.

The young people will also enjoy great worship and Bible study each day and make friendships that will last for years to come. A number of our churches are providing lunches for the workers and Central Baptist will serve as headquarters and host for the young people.

Pray for safety for the workers, good weather, and opportunities for the young people to share and experience the transforming love of Jesus.

We exist to start and strengthen churches that passionately care for people, bring honor to God, and impact communities and the world with the transforming love of Jesus.
