Expanding Your Impact I know a couple of business people who have attended the Global Leadership Summit and their lives were dramatically impacted. They not only became more engaged in church leadership but, because of the expertise of the world-class leaders, they were inspired and challenged to take their own businesses to the next level. It was a win- win for everyone. With that in mind, let me suggest that you prayerfully consider inviting a few key lay people to experience the Summit for themselves. They will come away with ideas to sharpen their skills and develop people they lead. Here's a statistic worth considering: 83% of the attendees feel attendance at the Summit resulted in improved teamwork, increased job satisfaction and performance. Watch this video to get a glimpse of this year's Summit, which will be held again at Atlee Community Church, in Mechanicsville.
Let me close with a personal testimony. This will be my 14th Summit. And for the third year I will be attending with Justin, my youngest son who is a church leader and has been recognized by Papa John's Pizza Company as one of the leading Franchise Managers in the United States. This year Justin will not only be bringing a large group from his church but also his son Jake. That means the Hamachers will have three generations attending this year's Summit. We will be joining more than 260,000 people across the globe that have experienced how God can use the Leadership Summit as a tool that encourages, challenges, and helps us embrace the grander vision - the reason God has called us all to lead. August 6 & 7, 2015 Atlee Community Church, Mechanicsville
