Phaedra:  13 Year Old Kitten
We know plenty of senior dogs who think and act like puppies.  Phaedra is a feline version of the same thing!

This playful 13-year old will be into everything -- she's active, athletic, affectionate.  And she's great with the litter box!

Phaedra spent all her life with another cat in the house -- they were best friends until he became ill and had to be put down.  Phaedra has also co-existed with a Labrador and they have grown to be good friends.  So although she can be a little timid at first, it wears off quickly!

Phaedra's only health issue is asthma, which is treated with half a steroid tablet every other day.  (A four month supply costs less than twelve dollars.)  She eats twice a day -- one of those meals is a crunchy food that keeps her teeth in shape.

Phaedra's owner has a granddaughter who is severely allergic to cats, and a change in circumstance has made it necessary for the granddaughter to move in.  So we're getting the word out wherever we can to find a new forever home for Phaedra.
