Do you believe it?  Do you want to

believe it?  It doesn't matter where you find yourself, how old you are or what

your experience has been up until now.  It is not too late to be all you came

here to be.

PAULA'S PERSPECTIVE

Not to Worry

Our thoughts have energy. Think about how you can feel someone staring at you from behind or from across the room. You don't see them, but you can feel the energy of their attention. Some people can feel this energy across space...have you ever had someone on your mind and they called or texted soon after? Our thoughts are energized by the feeling and emotion behind them...and they influence outcomes.

We can use our thoughts powered by feelings and emotions to visualize anything. We might see our self riding a zip line through amazing fall colors, smiling all the way...easily passing a difficult exam...conquering our fear of public speaking...confident and at ease about our up coming surgery...singing with perfect pitch at an audition. If we use our thoughts, feelings and emotions in this way, we influence our experience positively. When we anchor what we want to experience in our consciousness...we believe it is possible before it happens.

The idea of worry is energized by the emotions and feelings of doubt, fear, mistrust, sadness, lack and dis-ease. Worry is using the power of thought to influence an outcome and an experience that we don't want. We see all of the hardship, struggle and pain in our mind...it comes true...and we say "I told you so!"

Luke 12:25-26 says: And can any of you by worrying add a single hour to your span of life? If then you are not able to do so small a thing as that, why do you worry about the rest?

Decide today not to worry...to not waste your precious and powerful consciousness on seeing exactly what you don't want. Take a deep breath, be still and see what it is that you do want.

Your life will change if you do this one simple thing...don't worry.

Peace always

Paula

YOU CAN HELP USLC GET FREE MONEY
***HOW?***

Groceries Fundraiser

*  Pick up a gift card from Carla; $5 is already on it to get you started.

*  Take it to Kroger Customer Service Desk and put your grocery money on

the card.

(Be sure you do this at least 12 hours before you plan to use it.  It takes time for it to be put in Kroger's system.)

*  Go grocery shopping with the gift card.

This does not affect your regular rewards from Kroger.

Every time you use your card to buy groceries or gas at Kroger, the amount is credited to USLC toward a 5% reward when our total reaches $5000...that's $250 for the Center.

You continue to  receive all your regular Kroger rewards.   Encourage friends and family to join our fund drive.

FEATURE ARTICLE

Grace and Inner Guidance

The quest to understand grace is a natural complement to the exploration of guidance, as a person often requires grace to follow through with authentic guidance.

Inner guidance frequently directs us to seek out unexplored territory in ourselves and in our life. Such guidance leads us into the unknown and that is frightening territory. Fortitude is the grace, for example, that comes into a person's heart and mind when he or she is inspired to set foot on a new path.

Fortitude is a type of courage that grips the rational mind and silences mind chatter, allowing that individual to make choices he or she would not ordinarily have the ability to do.

Grace is ever present in our lives but all the more extraordinary when understood as a part of our psyche and soul.
