Water Law and Regulation Seminar
The attorneys at Smith Hartvigsen, PLLC are participating in a seminar on Utah water law and regulation. This seminar will be held on Friday, March 22, 2013, at the Sheraton City Centre located at 150 West 500 South, Salt Lake City, Utah. There are eight reasons to attend this seminar:

Upcoming Division of Water Rights Meeting Regarding the Parowan Valley
The Division of Water Rights has commissioned the United States Geologic Survey (USGS) to perform a hydrogeologic study of the Parowan Valley. The purpose of the meeting is to present the work that the USGS will be doing and to discuss the water right policies in the area. Personnel from the Division of Water Rights and the USGS will be available to take all questions and comments provided by the general public and interested parties. The meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 2nd, at the Parowan City Council Chambers - Parowan City Library, located at 16 South Main Street, Parowan, Utah.
