When I interviewed Susan Holt, CEO and president of the New Brunswick Business Council, (read the interview below) she talked about the importance of storytelling. That reminded me of an article I wrote on the topic back in 2006. I believe the art of storytelling is a fabulous opportunity for all leaders - it's a skill that is often under-utilized.
