RTI Leadership: How to Build Capacity for Effective Implementation
Thursday, April 12, 2012
1:00pm - 2:00pm ET

Most district leaders know that success with RTI requires proper paring of students and programs at each of the three tiers of the intervention pyramid. Easy in theory; difficult in practice. Scarce resources -- time and staff -- make climbing the intervention pyramid seem an exhausting challenge, especially finding the best way to help struggling middle and high school students achieve.

If your interventions are not producing the results you hoped for, then make plans to join district-level RTI leaders from around the country for a conversation with RTI expert, Dr. John McCook. Dr. McCook will provide practical implementation advice for each of the three tiers and answer your questions.
