2012 OCI Kitchen Ninja Competition
On Monday, September 10th, we held the 4th Annual Kitchen Ninja Competition. Like years past, our panel of Chef Instructors selected four current students and four graduates to participate in our quirky, "Portlandia" version of a reality-show cooking contest. Help OCI Support The Portland Kitchen via the
Willamette Week's Give! Guide
The 2012 Willamette Week Give! Guide just launched and we are very excited to be supporting The Portland Kitchen in their efforts to open in 2013. We are asking you to help us support this cause, and the good news is that it is both easy and rewarding!
During the school-year program, NE Portland high school students will each receive 140 hours of comprehensive culinary instruction when The Portland Kitchen opens.
