Help OCI Support The Portland Kitchen via the
Willamette Week's Give! Guide
The 2012 Willamette Week Give! Guide just launched and we are very excited to be supporting The Portland Kitchen in their efforts to open in 2013. We are asking you to help us support this cause, and the good news is that it is both easy and rewarding! When you donate $25 to The Portland Kitchen via the Willamette Week Give! Guide, you gain two lunch vouchers to OCI's restaurant. $50? Two lunch vouchers and a limited-edition Portland Kitchen t-shirt or apron. $100? Four lunch vouchers - or two dinner vouchers - and a limited-edition Portland Kitchen t-shirt or apron.
OCI is a big supporter of The Portland Kitchen. We believe in their mission to create opportunity for our youth and fund the opening of our first kitchen in NE Portland. The Portland Kitchen is an emerging free, comprehensive culinary after-school program for Portland, OR high school students age 14 to 18. After-school programs are proven to positively impact graduation rates and to help children live prosperous and healthy lives.

Late Fall Lunch and Dinner Menus Released
Have you dined yet at Oregon Culinary Institute? We used to hear that OCI was the best kept secret in the Portland dining scene, but that is no longer the case. Reservations, whether for lunch or dinner, tend to fill up early. The days of Chef Wilke scrambling around on Jefferson Street dragging people in for a free lunch are a distant memory!
The new "late fall" lunch and dinner menus are now up on the OCI website. Please make your reservations by calling 503-961-6200. And we encourage you to offer feedback on our Yelp! and Urbanspoon pages - customer feedback is critical for our students!
