Dear friends and family,

Apparently October is the time to start meditating. Many classes, lectures and intros are happening this week ~ maybe a result of the Parliament of the World's Religions, happening now in SLC, which is focusing strongly on world peace.

Coincidentally, associate publisher John and I began a meditation class with Charlotte Bell last Monday. It's definitely going to promote CATALYST office peace ~ as good a place as any to start. What's that saying about embodying the change you wish to see in the world?

It's a really good week, including some of my favorite things: dance, art, bikes, herbs, brainy guys and really good food. Hope to see you out there.

Don't be surprised if timetables and timelines feel exaggerated and distorted or if your ability to manage time takes on a surreal quality-one minute the seconds whiz by, but the next hour is slow as molasses...(read more).
