READER REWARDS
$50 at Blazing Needles

Dear Friends & Family,

The office crew has noted that I'm getting a lot more work done since the garden froze. It's true. An office garden is good for exercise and mental chillout but lousy for meetings and paperwork. I'll give a nod to my obsession this weekend, though, with a visit to Red Butte Garden's winter open house. (See below.) FOR CATALYST READERS ONLY: Buy an annual membership (makes a good gift!) and get $5 off, plus a peat pot you get to plant there.  SAY YOU'RE A CATALYST READER at the front desk when purchasing a membership. Go here http://www.redbuttegarden.org

A first for CATALYST: Next Thursday we will be at downtown's newest club, Zest, for dinner, drinks, dancing. See below. It should be good. Come help make it so. See below for details.

A new CAT comes out TOMORROW, Friday. It's a brave one, as you'll soon see. Let me know what you think. You'll find it  online in both HTML and Flip-Through format, or at newsstands around the valley starting this weekend.

See our event picks below for the week ahead (you'll find many more on our website calendar).

Thank you!

~Greta

(Apologies to those who think the world ends on December 21.)...(read more)
