Good For You If You've Kept Up With Your New Year's Resolution For A Healthier Life
Here's Some Helpful Ideas To Keep Up Your Efforts

I hope you got to a great start with your New Year's resolutions and are still driving away at your goals for self improvement and a healthy life.  I got stumped most of January with the passing of a dear friend who treated me as her adopted daughter.  But once this whole episode of my life made it's way back to my normal life, I began in ernest what I set out to do for 2013.  Please read "Habit Investments", it will help you keep carrying on with whatever your challenges are or whatever your aspirations.

I wish you all the best with all your dreams, hopes and goals.  Remember always follow your heart--you'll end up in the right place at the end.

Habit Investments
Are you sticking to your personal, professional or spiritual goals?  It's a challenge, but you can do it! Surround yourself with things that encourage your progress like informative TV programs, magazines, books, positive self talk and buddy up with other goal oriented people.

Forever I have advocated the virtue of making continual effort to change mental perspectives that form emotions which generate actions in us that most often are not desirable for a healthy life.  I speak of "allways trying". And how often do I say "it takes practice," like learning to play an instrument.

Without doubt, where ever we put our sustained focus, we are investing our precious time in the building of something in us for good or for bad.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It opened up my mind to new perspectives on Spirit and confirmed some notions I've held for quite some time.  In fact, my business mission statement is validated within it's contents.  It's about a woman who dies from

'Dying To Be Me' by Anita Moorjani
Cancer, comes back to her body that miraculously heals itself quickly. She writes about her experience which is called an NDE (Near Death Experience), while being conscious beyond the earth plane.  This book is a quick read (198 pp.) and simple to read. It may not resonate with your own belief system, but it's quite interesting and it has some interesting takes on cancer illness and different levels of consciousness.
