Science has shown that a special group of nutrients called polyphenols, drawn from an equally special group of foods referred to as Super Fruits, plays a wide range of critical roles in supporting and maintaining optimal health, longevity, and cognitive capacity throughout life. This research tells us that when these polyphenols are absent from or deficient in our diets, aging processes are accelerated and disease risk is higher. Conversely, when they are abundant in the diet, aging is slowed and disease risk is lowered.

The Secret...

Combining ancient wisdom of the Mediterranean, the Amazon, and the Orient validated by modern science, Tre' is built on a powerful foundation of Pomegranate, Acai berry, and Green Tea, along with Inflox, our proprietary blend of deep, dark, antioxidant-rich berries.

I drink 2 oz. of this every day!

Our True Nature
Our True Nature, is a layperson's guide to the National Parks, by a woman of color, who has been to all the places described, and makes it particularly unique through her eyes and footsteps.  It includes places such as Paul Revere's house; the Liberty Bell; John Brown's Fort; the Ocmulgee mounds in Georgia, and the Gullah Geechee Cultural Heritage Corridor. It describes where the parks are, how to get there, where to stay, what to do, and even the best time of year to visit.

Life is great!  I have been so very busy enjoying life, it is unbelievable!!!

The Grand Canyon trip is SOLD OUT!  It is going to be a trip of a lifetime.  I have put together a vigorous itinerary and made special arrangements for the group.  My gift to each attendee is a Photo Memory Book of the trip.  This is going to be a really special birthday celebration for me!

The Belize Sailing trip has many people excited.  I have gotten a lot of inquiries.  If you have never gone sailing before, this is the trip for you!  We will enjoy the Caribbean coast of Belize. It  is lined with the longest Barrier Reef in the Western Hemisphere . Three of merely four coral atolls in the Western Hemisphere are located off the coast of Belize.  We will visit the nearby islands, the jungle, beaches and more.  Visit the web site for more information and consider attending the information meeting on Saturday, March 16 at 10:30a.m. at the REI, Atlanta store. If you plan to attend the meeting, RSVP here to assure there are enough packets for everyone.

I am truly living my life to the fullest, and enjoying every moment of it! I invite you to do the same!

It's not to late to join me in my 2013 mantra:
"In 2013 I shall expand my routine,

I will do my best to live more green, and
I will strengthen my faith and belief in the unseen."
