The U-Liners record live concert at Allyworld in Takoma Park

DC roots-rockers The U-Liners set up in Takoma Park's Allyworld in late 2015 to lay down basic tracks with Charlie Pilzer for their upcoming studio CD Sweet Lorain. They returned last month to play a concert there in front of an audience and we helped them do a full multi-track recording and video shoot of the show.

We'll have a behind-the-scenes feature in the coming months about The U-Liners "Live at Allyworld" session, but until then be sure to check out this cool article in The Silver Spring Voice, complete with great pics of the band playing and hanging out in the Takoma Park studio shot by photographer Tacy Judd.

Updates on new Boulder studio construction

David Glasser reports: "Building a studio is like any complicated enterprise. It involves hundreds of decisions, compromises, changes of direction, and ultimately, extreme satisfaction. I can see the latter approaching a little clearer now. The SIPS building is done, and the various trades are working away."
