Airshow is honored to have worked on so many incredible bluegrass albums in our 30+ year history, and the past year is no exception. Nominations for the 2014 International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA) Awards have just been announced, and once again, many Airshow clients are in the running.
Client nominees include:
Album of the Year - Junior Sisk and Joe Mullins, for "Hall of Fame Bluegrass" (mastered by David Glasser).
Song of the Year - Claire Lynch, for "Dear Sister" (mastered by Randy LeRoy)
Instrumental Recorded Performance of the Year - Special Consensus with Buddy Spicher, Michael Cleveland and Alison Brown for "Thank God I'm a Country Boy" (from "Country Boy: A Bluegrass Tribute to John Denver" which was mastered by Randy LeRoy)
Recorded Event of the Year - Peter Rowan with Bobby Osbourne, Jesse McReynolds, Ronnie McCoury and Del McCoury for "Keepin' It Between the Lines (Old School)" (from "The Old School") and Special Consensus with Claire Lynch & Rob Ickes for "Wild Montana Skies (from "Country Boy"), both of which were mastered by Randy LeRoy
