 Record Store Day is April 20! Record Store Day rolls around on April 20th, and once again Airshow has mastered some interesting offerings from Vanguard Records' eclectic catalog, chosen in a listener poll. Titles include "Festival: The Newport Folk Festival 1965;" "Blues at Newport 1963;" Country Joe and The Fish, "I Feel Like I'm Fixin' to Die;" Buddy Guy, "Hold That Plane;" and Big Mama Thornton, "Jail" All were remastered from the original master tapes by David Glasser.  Pianist Jacqueline Schwab's True Blue Waltz recording (recorded and mastered by Charlie Pilzer) explores new arrangements of contemporary waltzes and airs, less tied to the pulse of the dance and more to the heart and breath of the music.
