Airshow Masters For iTunes
Mastered For iTunes All Airshow's mastering engineers are certified by Apple to create "Mastered for iTunes" versions of your recordings.

In the summer, Apple announced the Mastered for iTunes initiative, a technical and marketing effort to highlight sonic quality in recordings released in its compressed AAC format. Mastered for iTunes involves ensuring against clipping and delivering 24-bit files to Apple, which may be tagged as "Mastered for iTunes" and featured in Apple's "Mastered for iTunes" store.

Many of Airshow's clients already deliver 24-bit files to HDtracks for release as 24-bit FLAC files. The iTunes initiative, while it does not deliver 24-bit listening to the consumer, is another reason for artists to order up 24-bit masters of their projects. David Glasser explains the technology and results in a recent Airshow blog entry.
