This year, Samaritan's Purse will deliver gift-filled shoeboxes to children all over the world, and with them the Good News of Jesus. ERBC students invite you to join us for City Walk -a 2-3 hour walk in downtown LA to see the city through the lens of God. While visiting various monuments, neighborhoods and key locations in the city, we'll learn about God's heart for cities including LA. BabyD is an opportunity for our church body to come together and pray over parents and their children. It's the time of year we focus on being grateful. You are invited to join us for a special time of giving thanks at our Thanksgiving Eve Service, Wednesday, November 25, at 7PM in the Worship Center. Plan to stay after and enjoy some pie and refreshments.

As followers of Jesus, our call is to serve and give to others. God's Word challenges us to be growing in this area of generosity. The Apostle Paul says it this way: "But just as you excel in everything -in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in complete earnestness and in your love for us- see that you also excel in this grace of giving" (2 Corinthians 8:7). Through this Special Offering, we are challenging our church to "excel" in giving, to STEP UP as we step out in faith to demonstrate and declare the gospel in some powerful ways in 2016.
