Life has its ups and downs. No matter how hard you try to stay on the mountain top, eventually you descend into the deep valley. At some point you'll hit bottom.
You may hit bottom when you make foolish choices or you may hit bottom because of the foolish choices of others. The real issue is how do you bounce back when you hit bottom?
This weekend we're looking at the story of a man who hit bottom and bounced back. His name is Jonah and his bounce back is recorded in Jonah chapter 2. I hope you can join us as we continue to "See Jonah Run."

 YOUTH SERVICE PROJECT
ERBC Youth will be reaching out, putting together practical care packages and delivering them to the homeless in our community. Saturday, September 14, 9AM-1PM in Chi Hall.
