DODGERS, DIAMONDBACKS BRAWL...
It's a familiar scene to any baseball fan. A batter is beaned by a high inside pitch. It doesn't seem so much an issue of lack of control on the part of the pitcher, as it does a 'message' that he is sending to that batter and the rest of his team. The next time that pitcher comes up to bat, he is hit by a bean ball thrown by his counterpart from the other team. The benches empty, a brawl ensues and by the time the dust clears a group of players, managers, and coaches are ejected from the game. In baseball, as in life, there are fewer people who live by the adage, "Turn the other cheek" than there are who embrace proposition, "Don't Get Mad, Get Even." This weekend, as we continue our look at the life of David, we'll see how he responded when he had the opportunity to even the score with someone who was out to get him. I hope you can join us.  YOUTH TOURIST IN TOWN

 FATHER'S DAY
Join us for worship on Sunday, June 16 as we celebrate Father's Day. In honor of all the dads, we will be serving a continental brunch in Fellowship Hall between the Sunday morning worship services. Everyone is invited to come and celebrate with us.

 JAMPAC
Next week, JAMPAC --Jesus And Me Performing Arts Camp--will give kids all the fun of putting on a children's musical, while discovering good news from God's Word. JAMPAC is for kids who have completed K-8th grade. Click here for details.  ALL-CHURCH PICNIC
Spend an afternoon in the park with your church family. Our all-church picnic will be Sunday, June 23, 12-3PM at Eagle Rock Rec Center Area 1. Hot dogs, drinks and Popsicles will be provided.  MEN'S OUTREACH WORK DAY
ERBC Men's Ministry will be doing a workday outreach at the Blind & Deaf Facility in Highland Park, Saturday, June 29. We'll be doing some maintenance around the facility from 8AM-2PM, and lunch will be provided. We're looking for both skilled and unskilled workers, so all men are invited to come and serve.
