WHAT ARE YOU AFRAID OF?
"For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline." 2 Timothy 1:7
Healthy fear is an emotion that warns us of danger and prepares us to respond. But when a spirit of fear comes over us, it can disrupt our life, drain our spiritual strength, and cloud our judgment.
There are 366 "fear nots" in the Bible, one for every day of the year including leap year. God does not condemn us for being afraid, He tells us that during those times of fear we should turn to Him.
I hope you can join us this weekend as we continue our look at the baggage we carry with us and focus on fear.

 YOUTH CARWASH-A-THON
We've got great activities planned for our youth this summer (including camp at Hume Lake). Help support our students by sponsoring our Carwash-a-thon. Support a teen with a pledge per car washed.  MOTHER'S DAY
Join us for a special Mother's Day celebration on Sunday, May 12. Services will be held at the usual times, 9AM and 11AM (as well as Saturday at 5:30PM). We will be serving up a continental breakfast, in honor of our moms, between the Sunday morning services. There will also be a fun photo booth to capture the day.  TIJUANA MISSIONS TRIP
This summer, ERBC will be partnering with iEmpathize on a mission trip to Tijuana, Mexico, with a focus on combating human sex trafficking. If you're interested in serving, join us for a meeting on Sunday, May 19, from 3-4PM in Chi Hall. The dates of the trip are July 26-30 and you must be at least 18 years old to serve.
