GREEN WITH ENVY?
Traditionally we associate the color "green" with Envy. You've heard the expression "he's GREEN with envy." Green can be popular in the fashion world. We know it's popular among golfers, as they compete in the Master's Tournament to be the one who winds up wearing the prestigious Green Jacket. But nobody wants to be thought of us having a 'greenish' tint to their skin, because they know that means they look sick. In a similar way, when you are green with envy it means you are so consumed with envy that you're sick at heart and it shows. The person who has the malady seldom recognizes it, but it's obvious to everyone around them.
Envy is what we'll be looking at this weekend as we continue our series on baggage. I hope you'll join us.

 ANNUAL MEETINGS
THIS SATURDAY & SUNDAY, APRIL 27-28
Once a year, our church family meets to review the past year and consider plans for the coming year. Saturday, April 27 (7PM - Chi Hall Library) you can review the proposed budget for the new fiscal year. On Sunday, April 28 (12:30PM - Worship Center) we'll hold our Annual Meeting, where members may vote on the proposed budget and committee members.  YOUTH CARWASH-A-THON
We've got great activities planned for our youth this summer (including camp at Hume Lake). Help support our students by sponsoring our Carwash-a-thon. Support a teen with a pledge per car washed.  MOTHER'S DAY
Join us for a special Mother's Day celebration on Sunday, May 12. Services will be held at the usual times, 9AM and 11AM (as well as Saturday at 5:30PM). We will be serving up a continental breakfast, in honor of our moms, between the Sunday morning services. There will also be a fun photo booth to capture the day. Everyone is welcome --bring your mom!

 THE LEGACY JOURNEY
FREE PREVIEW: SUNDAY, MAY 19
The Legacy Journey builds on the foundation set by Financial Peace University. Discover what the Bible has to say about wealth and get practical tools for managing your resources and living a generous life.  TIJUANA MISSIONS TRIP
This summer, ERBC will be partnering with iEmpathize on a mission trip to Tijuana, Mexico, with a focus on combating human sex trafficking. If you're interested in serving, join us for a meeting on Sunday, May 19, from 3-4PM in Chi Hall. The dates of the trip are July 26-30 and you must be at least 18 years old to serve.
