Her goal was to, "design a kit that will stand out in a crowd, so that when people see it, they will want to find out  about the WCA." The final design will be unveiled at the WCA "JoinTheRide" Tour in Calabasas this Sunday, March 2nd. RIDE WITH THE PROS THIS SUNDAY AS THE 2014 WCA "JOINTHERIDE" TOUR CONTINUES IN CALABASAS!   

 

  
The women from the Pro Peloton are coming out in big numbers to support the WCA "JoinTheRide" Tour this Sunday, March 2nd
at The Pedaler's Fork in Calabasas, CA.  

 

WCA Board President, Robin Farina, and WCA board members, TWENTY16 team member, Alison Tetrick, Olivia Dillon, Colavita/Fine Cooking, and Laura Van Gilder will lead the ride along with other pro women cyclists including; Twenty16's Amber Gaffney and the entire TWENTY 16 team,Tayler Wiles, Specialized Lululemon, Kendall Ryan, Kristabel "Tink" DH, Kim Anderson, Kelli Samuelson and the Ritte Women's Team.

 

The group ride is open to both men and women, and riders of all levels. A catered lunch is included with the registration fee.

WCA "JoinTheRide" Tour Powered by Specialized
  

The WCA kicked off 2014 in high gear with our first JoinTheRide Tour Powered by Team Specialized-Lululemon on Sunday, Jan. 26 in San Luis Obispo, CA. Over 150 riders came to participate in the event and support the WCA and women's cycling. Check out the great photos from the event, courtesy of Sheldon K. WCA "JoinTheRide" Tour Powered by Half The Road
The WCA took the "JoinTheRide Tour" to Tucson on Tuesday, January 28th for a two-day event with pro cyclists, Kathryn Bertine and her documentary film, Half The Road, about the "Passion, Pitfalls, and Power of Women's Professional Cycling." The  events included a group ride on Tuesday and an advanced screening of the film to a sold out theatre, with a post screening Q&A featuring women from the Pro Peloton on Wednesday, January 29th.
