World Deaf Architecture (WDA) Holds First Symposium on May 18

This newly created group is holding its first symposium at the pre-convention on May 18 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center for a full day.  The mission of WDA is specifically for professional architects and designers who are deaf, deaf-blind, or hard of hearing.  WDA endeavors to bring together American and International deaf/hard of hearing architects and designers to provide opportunities for networking, professional development, and education worldwide.  WDA started early in 2015 in association with AIA Department of Diversity and Emerging Professionals Engagement.  WDA Flyer
