The Cincinnati Design Awards program (CDA) has been honoring the best design projects for the built environment by local creative firms for almost 20 years. "2×4" is your chance to see recent award winning work and hear the designers speak about influencing the built world from diverse disciplinary perspectives.

Four creative disciplines will be represented by two projects presented in a 15 minute time frame-for an hour long fast paced event. All projects are recent award winners that represent the most cutting edge design Cincinnati is producing in architecture, interior design, experiential graphic design, and landscape design.

The CDA program is a collaboration between AIA (architecture), IIDA & ASID (interiors), SEGD (experiential graphics), and ASLA (landscape).

Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority RFQ Notification

Solicitation 2015-4026

The Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) has
recently decided to develop/redevelop a key site in its portfolio in downtown Cincinnati known as 16 West Central Parkway. The site borders the Over the Rhine (OTR) neighborhood and serves as a priority candidate for market-rate and/or affordable residential and mixed-use redevelopment.

To achieve the goal of redeveloping the Site, the Authority is advertising this Request for Qualifications  to solicit proposals from experienced developers interested in partnering with the Authority for the purpose of redeveloping the Site.
