The North Carolina Incident Response Improvement System (IRIS) will be down for scheduled maintenance on Thursday, January 28 from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m.
IRIS is a web-based incident reporting system for reporting and documenting responses to Level II and III incidents involving consumers receiving mental health, developmental disabilities and/or substance abuse services.
