Integrated whole person care survey
Smoky Mountain LME/MCO (Smoky) and Mountain Area Health Education Center (MAHEC) are partnering to bridge the gap between medical, behavioral health and intellectual/developmental disability providers. In collaboration with regional stakeholders, Smoky and MAHEC are developing a collaborative/integrated, whole person care project to provide education in whole person care.Earlier this month, we sent an email survey to learn what your organization is already doing with regard to whole person care and what suggestions you have for the project. If you completed the survey, thank you for your response. If you have not yet responded, please take a moment to take this survey.
