Smoky Mountain LME/MCO (Smoky) is conducting an assessment throughout its 23-county service area to identify the mental health, substance use and intellectual/developmental disability service needs of people who are uninsured, underinsured or covered by Medicaid insurance.
* Stakeholders include consumers, family members, caregivers, community members and community professionals.
* Please use the "Stakeholder Needs Assessment Survey" link on our website to complete the survey.
* The survey is open until Thursday, May 28, 2015 at 12:00 p.m.
