Smoky Mountain LME/MCO (Smoky) is conducting an assessment throughout its 23-county service area to identify the mental health, substance use and intellectual/developmental disability service needs of people who are uninsured, underinsured, or covered by Medicaid insurance.

  

* Please use the "Provider Needs Assessment Survey" link on the "Service Provider" page at www.smokymountaincenter.com to complete the survey.

 

Help Smoky plan for the future. Your input will help Smoky develop a plan to ensure an adequate provider network is in place to offer services in areas accessible to the residents the system is designed to serve.
