 Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

March 19-20, 2015

In this two-day workshop, Dr. Jacqueline Donnelly will present the foundational knowledge and skills of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Originally developed to treat chronically suicidal individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder, DBT is now recognized as the gold standard treatment for this population and has been proven effective in treating a wide range of other disorders.

 Jacqueline E. Donnelly, PhD

A western North Carolina native, Dr. Donnelly received her doctorate in Clinical Psy  chology from Duke University. While there, she initiated and designed a DBT skills group for adolescents, the first for the university.

Jacqueline E. Donnelly, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist. She began treating adolescents and adults in 2004 and has specialized extensively in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
