PostSecret is an ongoing community art project where people mail in their secrets anonymously on one side of a postcard. Frank Warren talks about his experiences with people all around the world who were inspired by the postcards, and how it got many people to address things that they would otherwise never discuss. His presentation and the slideshow of postcards is riveting, eye opening and works to destigmatize mental illness and the many challenges that people face. You are not alone!
