We will also demonstrate additional training materials available for the role, including Job Aids, manuals and YouTube videos.

BearBuy Authorizer & Requisition Approver | November 22, 2016

Classroom training for the BearBuy Requisition Approver, Additional Authorizer, Chartfield 1 & 2 Authorizer Roles. Participants will learn concepts, workflow, best practices, and test their knowledge through several exercises in BearBuy. BearBuy Voucher Approver | November 29, 2016

Practical classroom training for the BearBuy Voucher Approver role. Participants will be shown concepts, workflow, best practices, and test their knowledge through several exercises in BearBuy. We will also review where to find additional training materials available for the role, including Job Aids and YouTube video.

2. "Did you know?" Useful BearBuy Tip: 
 
Q: I have a voucher that is currently in Match Exception because the PO is over-invoiced.  If I have a Change Order processed to increase the PO amount by the vouchered amount, will this automatically resolve the Match Exception?

A: Increasing the PO amount by the voucher amount will not resolve a voucher currently in Match Exception.  The Match Exception Preparer will still need to review and force match/approve the voucher.  Increasing the PO amount can help prevent future invoices from going into Match Exception.
