Welcome to the BearBuy newsletter! We have updated our email distribution list to include active users that hold any BearBuy role. Our aim is to keep you updated with important announcements, new initiatives and helpful tips.

If you want to know what BearBuy roles you hold, you can view your profile in BearBuy by navigating to your name in the top right hand menu bar and clicking the pull down menu, then View My Profile > User Roles and Access > Assigned Roles.

1. 15.3 SciQuest Release

The SciQuest 15.3 release will be available in BearBuy on Monday, November 16, 2015. We will provide more information on any new features or functionality in the November newsletter.

2. "Did you know?" Useful BearBuy Tip

Q: Can I attach an email to my cart in BearBuy with the file type of .eml?

A: No, the file type .eml is not supported and will cause the PO to fail dispatch to the supplier. Instead, please convert the .eml to a .pdf file and attach in BearBuy.
