The Controller's Office will be consolidating certain Funds effective July 1, 2015. Details on funds consolidation can be found in the Controller's Office Newsletter.
We encourage departments to begin transitioning from the impacted Funds by using the new Funds on any new BearBuy orders. We also encourage departments to transition Purchase Orders that contain impacted Funds to use the new Funds instead. Purchase Order Fund changes can be requested using the BearBuy Change Order Request Form.
For questions on Funds Consolidation, contact the Controller's Office at COSolutionCenter@ucsf.edu or call (415) 476-2126.
For BearBuy related questions, email Supply Chain Management at bearbuy@ucsf.edu.

2. "Did you know" Useful BearBuy Tips
Q: I am a BearBuy Shopper but I am not able to search for purchase orders that others have created in BearBuy. Why is it that I can only find orders that I created and own?
A: BearBuy Shoppers can only access orders that they created and own. Shoppers do not have access to orders that others created. Users that have other BearBuy roles such as Requesters, Requisition Approvers, Voucher Approvers, and Match Exception Handlers can view orders that others created.
If you are a Shopper and need access to orders created by others, you can inquire if your department can assign you another BearBuy role such as a Requester to see these orders. You can also inquire with the order owner or your department Requesters and Approvers to provide information about these orders.
For more information on Shoppers, please refer to the BearBuy Shopper Quick Reference Guide available in the BearBuy Training section of the Supply Chain Management website.
