Proposed redevelopment no longer includes intercity bus facility once eyed for
the property.

The Madison Plan Commission approved on a voice vote developer Les Orosz's proposal for a 12-story, 160-unit apartment building at 425-435 W. Johnson St. The curved building will replace three existing apartment buildings.
