The County Board has delayed its decision on whether to sell O'Donnell Park to Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co. with a 14-3 vote Thursday to lay over the matter until its Dec. 18 meeting.

The Milwaukee County Board has approved a purchase option for a Park East lot that could become part of a planned office development.

NEW COMMERCIAL PROPERTY PROPOSED IN MEQUON 

 

A local developer is proposing a multi-tenant commercial property in Mequon. Andrew Petzold, who operates Concord Development Co., wants to build the 14,400-square-foot center at 11409 and 11421 N. Port Washington Road, according to the city's newly issued Plan Commission agenda.

FRANKLIN APPROVES CONTRACTS FOR $328 MILLION IN DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS

The city of Franklin has taken its first steps toward a proposed development plan potentially worth $328 million.

The common council met for a special meeting Nov. 4 to discuss contracts associated with a major development plan, which, until recently, had only been discussed behind closed doors for several weeks.
