VILLAGE SQUARE APARTMENT DEVELOPMENT IN DELAFIELD RETURNS TO CITY PLANNERS

Madison developer Joe McCormick is expected to present a new application to the plan commission on Wednesday, July 30, for a conditional use permit to build three apartment buildings with approximately 30 units each on the west edge of the Village Square shopping center near Highways 83 and 16.
