I had the great fortune to be in California last week. Green grass, sunshine and some warm temperatures. At least this winter we have not been teased by any warm weather to make us think spring is coming.

FOX RUN SHOPPING CENTER IN WAUKESHA EXPERIENCING HARD TIMES

North Shore Bank & Trust, an Illinois-based bank, filed a foreclosure lawsuit in Waukesha County Circuit Court on Feb. 17 against the owners of the Fox Run Shopping Center, located at Sunset Drive and West St. Paul Avenue, on the city's southwest side for just under $4.7 million.
