The $46.7 million facility for Wisconsin Historical Society and Veterans Museum would replace a sprawling building used for mail handing and printing services.

UW Hospital and a company from Tennessee plan to build a 50-bed rehabilitation hospital next to the UW Health complex going up on Madison's Far East Side.

GREEN BAY UTILITY SAYS IT WILL NEED TO BUILD NEW POWER PLANT BY 2019

A Green Bay power company will need to build a new power plant by 2019 to help it meet demand for power after it shutters aging and polluting boilers at its coal-fired power plants.

A proposal to renovate a downtown Menomonee Falls building, and create a nearby parking lot, has been recommended for approval by the village Plan Commission.

RADISSON FORECLOSURE RESOLUTION MONTHS AWAY

A resolution to the foreclosure suit involving the publicly financed Radisson Hotel in Menomonee Falls is five to six months away.

The Stevens Point-based school administrative software developer has announced a $20 million to $30 million expansion that is expected to create hundreds of new jobs.

DORMANT FREIGHT TERMINAL SITE WILL BE REVIVED, CITY OF WEST ALLIS SAYS

Redeveloping the former Yellow Freight Terminal site remains a priority in West Allis, officials stated recently. In the past five years, the city has gone through a number of steps to bring new development to the long-dormant property, 11528 W. Rogers St., including the creation of a tax incremental financing district - the city's 10th - five years ago.
