MANDEL PLANS APARTMENTS AT SENDIK'S TOWNE CENTRE

Mandel Group Inc. plans to develop two high-end apartment buildings next to Sendik's Towne Centre, in Brookfield. The firm this summer is expected to submit to city officials detailed proposals for developments on two separate parcels: one at the southwest corner of Thomson Drive and N. Brookfield Road, the other at the northeast corner of Thomson Drive and Richfield Parkway.

 MEQUON SEEKS RESIDENTS' OPINIONS ON DEVELOPMENT ISSUES 

 

The City of Mequon is seeking opinions on development issues through a survey of its residents. The city has traditionally done a survey every five to 10 years, according to a letter posted on the city's website.
