News & Notes

The power of your mind! I have had some pain in my fingers so I have been taking it easy climbing for a couple of weeks. The pain has been gone so I was trying to climb harder problems that I have previously completed and I was struggling until someone suggested that it was my mind getting in the way. At that time I realized that I was not gripping the holds as hard to try and protect my fingers. Once I realized this I was able to climb the harder problems again.

Have a great week!
