For the 17th month in a row, existing home and condo sales in Dane County rose over last year, even as inventory dropped to its lowest level since 2004.

MORE WIND TURBINES START SPINNING FOR ALLIANT ENERGY IN IOWA  

 

The 60 turbines at the Franklin County wind farm in north-central Iowa - Alliant Energy Corp.'s latest wind installation - started spinning on Tuesday, ready to send enough power to the electric transmission grid to serve 25,000 homes.
