HOSTEL PROPOSED FOR WALKER'S POINT
A hostel-style hotel is being proposed for the Walker's Point neighborhood.
Third Coast Inn, 602 S. 3rd St., would feature 18 beds within five rooms, as well as a kitchen, laundry room, two bathrooms and other common areas for guests, according to a proposal filed with the Milwaukee Board of Zoning Appeals. The rooms would feature dormitory-style bunk beds.
