TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT SEEKS DELAY ON ZOO INTERCHANGE CONSTRUCTION
The state Department of Transportation is proposing to dramatically reduce reconstruction work on the Zoo Interchange over the next two years, pushing back completion of the overall project from 2018 to 2020.

INDOOR TRAMPLINE PARK PROPOSED IN NEW BERLIN
An indoor trampoline park, a first for Wisconsin, is being proposed in New Berlin. The 25,000-square-foot facility, known as Helium Trampoline Park, would operate at 16235 W. Beloit Road, in a light industrial building that is currently being built by Zilber Property Group, according to information filed with the city Department of Community Development. A Grafton couple who own a condo near the planned future home of a Meijer supermarket and discount store has filed a lawsuit seeking to block that development. Jack and Michelle Corrao claim the value of their property will be hurt by the 191,352-square-foot store, to be built on 33 acres east of Port Washington Road and south of the Home Depot and OfficeMax stores. That site is near the I-43/Highway 60 interchange.
