Terrorism...
Last Sunday Pastor Ginny reflected on the terrorist attacks in Paris, Beirut and elsewhere as she preached on God's lament for creation in "A Curious Kind of Love Song." You can read her sermon here. You might also be interested to read David Brooks' column in the New York Times, called "Find Peace within the Holy Texts," and his review of a new book by Rabbi Jonathan Sacks, Not in God's Name.

News from Andover Newton Theological School
ANTS, as it is known by alumnae/i, announced this week that it will sell its historic campus in Newton, MA, and seek a new way to educate and prepare people for leadership in the UCC. Read more here.

Extended Families - Starts in January
Would you like to be part of a family without the drama of one? A new program is being started that will assign participants to a multi-generational group to get together monthly to eat a meal, see a movie, volunteer, go on a field trip, or whatever the members wish to do. Make a commitment for a year and have fun! Show your interest by signing up outside Cook Hall.
