August/2013

Happy August to all of our Wellness Work/Life Program members!

For many with children, August marks the beginning of "back-to-school" season. This month's newsletter provides resources to make this transition as seamless as possible for you and your child. See the Balanced Living Newsletter for advice on how to make this school year the best ever for your child, or check out the Wellness Exchange Newsletter for information on immunization awareness and preventing sports injuries.

As the summer winds down, take advantage of the warm weather while it last by cooking on the grill! The Health Tips and Resources section in the sidebar of this newsletter features nutritious grilling recipes and tips that will put you on your way to a delicious and healthy grilled meal.

We hope that you have a wonderful month of August. And please, always remember that the Wellness Work/Life Program is ready and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, whenever you, a household member, or one of your family members needs support.
