Founder of Doorways 

I am excited to let you know that we are now accepting new patients for our Intensive Outpatient Programs at Doorways! 

 

These programs are highly successful as they offer an intensive, therapeutic approach to meet the individual's needs.

 

We are also contracted with Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Behavioral Healthcare for our IOP's.

INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAMS

Who: Males and females, ages 12-17. Open 

enrollment (you may join at any time).

 

What: Small group format good for 

adolescents who are struggling with OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), extreme social phobia, and extreme fears.

 

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 

4:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. 

 

Led by: Sam Lample, LPC and Megan 

Schwallie, LCSW

 



If you have clients or know of an adolescent that is struggling with OCD and anxiety symptoms that are interfering with their life and ability to function, this IOP could be of great benefit to them. 

 

Led by two BFFI-trained OCD specialists, Sam Lample and Megan Schwallie, this experiential program allows for Exposure therapy and treatment for anxiety issues. Please contact our office if you have any questions about how this IOP could be of benefit for you.

 

Who: Males and females, ages 13-18. Open

enrollment (you may join at any time).

 

What: Small group format for adolescents 

with Eating Disorders (anorexia, bulimia, and related feeding disorders).

 

When: 3 days per week (Monday, 

Wednesday, and Thursday), a total of 13 hours per week.   

 

Led by: Rachel Brogan,Registered 

Dietitian, Melodee Bosna, LCSW (body image specialist), Sam Lample, LPC, and Jen Noto, BHT, Yoga and Mindfulness
instructor.

 

 

Groups include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills training, Nutrition, Cognitive Remediation Therapy, Body Image and Process groups plus 3 monitored meals and snacks weekly.
