Lower and Middle School Parent/Teacher Conferences
        
Lower School conferences will be held on Thursday, March 14th, from 3:30 until 6:30 p.m. Please contact Kathy Marvar at 440-942-3600, ext. 110 or at kmarvar@andrewsosborne.org to schedule a conference.
  

7th and 8th Grade conferences will be held Thursday, March 14th, from 3:30 - 7:00 p.m.  Limited conference times are still available.  6th Grade conferences, which include the students presenting what they have accomplished, will be on Thursday, March 14th from 3:30 - 7:00 p.m. 

Middle School conferences can be arranged by contacting Jane Piszczor at jpiszczor@andrewsosborne.org.

R.O.A.D. Down Home Dinner


AOA's Annual Down Home Dinner will take place on Saturday, March 9th, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the Dining Hall. All food for this event is prepared by students in the club ROAD: Respecters Of All Diversities (although all students are invited to participate in the preparation), our AOA kitchen staff, faculty/staff members and Junior Elana Tompkins' gracious family. Please come to support this evening of sharing. See below for the dishes offered and ticket information.

 
This same evening, Upper School students will have a Spoken Word Night starting at 8:00 p.m. in the Community Room.

Ohio Graduation Testing
    

The Ohio Graduation Test (OGT's) will be administered to all 10th grade students next week (March 11th-15th). In order to receive a high school diploma in the state of Ohio, it is required that students pass all five sections of this test.    

 

On testing days, please eat a healthy breakfast and get a good nights' sleep. It is also important not to schedule any appointments during this time that would cause you to miss a test. All testing will occur in the main gym and will begin promptly at the times indicated below.

 

The OGT test week schedule is as follows:

  • Monday, March 11th: 8:00 - 10:30 a.m.
  • Tuesday, March 12th: 12:30 - 3:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, March 13th: 8:00 - 10:30 a.m.
  • Thursday, March 14th: 12:30 - 3:00 p.m.
  • Friday, March 15th: 8:00 - 10:30 a.m.
     

All students taking the OGT's will eat lunch at 11:50 a.m. and then report to the main gym by 12:25 p.m.  Good luck to all test takers!
