School Closing Alerts


     
Since we had a snow day this week, here's a reminder on how to enroll in our alert system if you have not already done so or if your contact phone number changes:


For parents, click on HERE.

 

For faculty and staff, click HERE.

Please note for all text alerts - you will receive a text message that requires you to respond to activate the text messaging system.  Please follow the directions in the text message.  If you do not respond, you will not receive future text alerts.  This applies if you sign up for both text and voice mail alerts or only text alerts.  If you select only voice mail alerts, you will not receive a text message to verify activation.

Both links listed above can also be found in the secured section of the AOA website under "Mobile Alerts".  (Secured section reminder: go to "AOA Community Login" in the left column and the username is aoa, password phoenix).

  

We do the following to inform everyone of school closings:

- text alert and/or voice alert

- post on the AOA website

- post on the AOA mobile website

- call the local TV stations who also scroll cancellations

- local TV stations send text alerts

Who do YOU know??

 

Join us in creating a successful event as we plan the first annual Andrews Osborne Academy
Phoenix FireBall: Viva Las Vegas!

 

We are seeking donations in the following areas:

-sports events and sports memorabilia

-health/fitness/spa

-dinners

-entertainment (theater, symphony tickets)

-auto care (car detailing, tires, leasing)

 

Please reach out to contacts that you may have or ask others for possible contacts. You never know what connection you might uncover.
